Note from the Founder

I started this project because I believe meaningful conflict resolution isn't in the theory. It should be practiced, tested, and embodied. Too often, the learning stops at awareness, when what we really need is the courage and confidence to act differently in the moments that matter most.

DPR Lab's mission is to make conflict resolution accessible, actionable, and transformative — for individuals, teams, organizations and professionals.
